Abstract Submission

Call for Abstracts – Submission now open!

We are excited to announce that abstract submission for the Fragility Fracture Network European Regional Meeting 2026 is now open!

Submit your abstract for an oral or poster presentation and have the opportunity to share your expertise with colleagues all across the world. 

Abstracts need to address at least one of the key areas of the FFN Pillars and can be relevant for an individual who has sustained any type of fragility fracture:

-Acute multidisciplinary care: pre and post-operative
-Rehabilitation and ongoing post-acute care
-Rapid secondary prevention after first fracture to prevent future fractures
-Changing health care through a policy lens

(Diverse designs are welcome, including research studies, systematic reviews, case reports and quality improvement projects)


Submission deadline: Friday 27th March 2026
You will be notified about the status of your submission by the end of April.

Young Investigator Awards

The FFN Young Investigator Awards are given to young investigators for their contributions in the field of fragility fracture care.
Ten awards of £500 each will be distributed during the conference.
 

Requirements:
 

  • To be born after 1 January 1986.

  • To be the first author of an abstract submitted to the FFN European 2026 Congress.

  • To submit a copy of a passport/ID card.

  • Recipients must be duly registered to the Congress and attend the Congress.

 
Submitting authors will be able to tick a box to apply for the award, if eligible.

Recipients will be selected based on their abstracts by the Scientific Committee and notice will be provided by June 2026.
